Pros:
  • The speed is good, the site gets load with a fraction of second.
  • Various discount offers come via email for renewal.
  • You can choose the hosting location as per your target region
Cons:
  • Delay in ticket Support (No phone support, chat support is offline many times)
  • Frequent updates on the server which causes downtime.
Recent Experience:

I am using GreenCloudVPS since Sept 2017 and till date, my VPS was down for more than 11 times.
4 months back, they got some issue with the server and all my data got wiped out. After that, I restored backup for a couple of sites but redesigned one site as a backup was very old.

Let's come to the recent incident occurred on April 24, again some hardware issue came and all the data got wiped out. This time, they moved to new server and it was like a fresh account only! The support team sent a canned message and mentioned that 1 month extra they'll provide for free of cost and again I have to do a lot of re-work for all my sites. I raised a query to the support team and they replied with similar canned message :( after 10 minutes I replied to them and since 4 days I didn't hear any single word from the support team and today they closed my ticket.

Hello,
I'm sorry that you dont have great experience with us. The recent April 24 was the RAID card failure, we were able to recover almost all VMs from that node from our backup but some VMs were corrupted and could not be restored. I was not able to find your ticket, so it would be great if you could bump the ticket again so I can personally take a look at that.
