Can anyone find out if this site is using PBN?

They are ranking extremely difficult keyword with little backlinks alot of forum profile and a lot of domain anchors.

Or am I missing something of why this site is ranking so well?

i checked they are like forum profiles and they are all foreign...looks like in russian some in Spanish

Maybe his PBN's websites have blocked tools bot via htaccess or it is an old authoritative domain moved to this domain with a bunch of 301 (and a ton of backlinks pointing to the old domain)

For what I know there isn't a definitive solution. You can try checking with as many tools as you can, maybe some minor tools aren't blocked and you will discover new backlinks
