I really do not have any idea how is third party metric holding your site back. Or do you think that Google consults with Majestic about how to rank the sites in their search engine?
There's surely something holding your site back, but funny third party metric is not it.

Unless you are doing this to increase the sale price of a domain you might be wasting your time. Metrics like TF are only loosely tied to real world Google success. It isn't a Google metric, and many here will argue is not very helpful at all outside making your domain look better to buyers.

The TF is an enigma - no amount of spam links will increase the TF to a site - tried and tested.
TF can be gradually gained, when an authority site links back to yours, and it is also measured in terms of how trustworthy and likely someone would click on that link, to go to your website respectively from the authority site.
Another way to increase TF is by 301 redirecting an existing domain that has very good TF to your present domain, and that should gradually increase your site's TF in the process as well.

You have to get more quality back links. If you have many low quality or spammy backlinks it is good to try and get rid of them.

Trust Flow from Majestic and DA from MOZ are very similar if not the same thing at the end.
Try to develop techniques to get permanents high DA from MOZ links pointing at your site.
It's better to have 5 good links than 500 bad ones.

You mean how to find good domains with good TF? If you have tools available, you can in fact grab domains from the auction house, and scan the available domains for sale, for its TF.
Or you can use a tool like DHG that has everything built into it and use it to automatically scan all supported auction houses, for available domains with metrics. Additional premium metrics like TF would require you to buy their credit to be able to access that info.
Last 1-2 years there are specialized websites setup that sell membership to access information to expired domains with TF and other metrics as well, and their membership can be considered, nothing very expensive -- not sure those are around now.
