Just wondering, considering how Ebay is very anal about a lot of policies and minor details
especially when it comes to contact information, why is it that people are still allowed to have
old or outdated contact information? I now use the advanced search function to find buyers'
contact information (mainly just phone numbers) but many of them are outdated. Some of them
joined back in 2003 or 2007 and their phone numbers are most likely out of service.
Why doesn't ebay make sure everyone has an updated phone number or other contact information.
