Not sure if this is right thread guys (sorry if not!).

I recently signed up to Amazon Associate and now have 2 orders in the last week - happy with this. As most probably know, you get reviewed after 3 orders.

I wanted to see if anyone had any feedback on my site - do you think it will be approved? I know Amazon doesn't like what they call 'mini amazon' sites and want to see additional value being added.

I have tried to present the site in a way that does this - link here.

Thoughts guys?

Nice professional logo, good layout, interesting content, I can't see a problem. Remember though don't just scrape descriptions, if you have that could go against you

First advice for online. Never share your niche or site. People now have access to your site (this means possibly stealing your keywords or worse negative SEO attack).

Really like the site though looks professional. Although you need to increase the number of products on offer and you are only targeting UK which limits your market. Since you are appearing as a store you'll struggle to outrank the big stores.

You need to ramp up content. Why would I use your site Vs a company like Wayfair, Amazon etc. To find furniture. Good so far though.

Thanks - appreciate the feedback.

There are general risks associated with it, but I understand that. Yes, content writers are underway, just thought I'd get opinion as to whether I'd get accepted say today as it stands, but from what I am reading it's a bit of luck as to who reviews it! Thanks for your feedback btw :)

so is it dropshipping and associate? do we buy from you?

No - you go to the product page, click the 'View on Amazon' link and purchase via Amazon if you wish. However the content is pulled through to the site from Amazon, and the price / stock is automatically updated.

its rather confusing / decieving why you have a shopping trolley and add items to cart etc
dont have much experience in associartes havent made a sell yet but it looks like a mini store just pulled.

Thanks for the feedback, although that was on the site it wasn't functioning. I have removed that, and agree it now makes more sense.

You mean Amazons gonna look at my site? I all ready have 6 sites with 50 or so products all saying out of stock amazon lol.

Says 3 on my dashboard, and I emailed them after 2 orders for an early review - and they reiterated its 3.

If I use social media to get sales (post the affiliate link on my social media account) instead of my site would they still approve my application?

I think you are not allowed to share your affiliate links on your social media accounts. You are supposed to share links to your website, and then have your affiliate links on your website.

Are you sure about that? Sometimes I see social media accounts directly linking to Amazon through their affiliate link.

Looks good. Perhaps on the main page, use more images. e.g. having an image that represents "Home Furniture" or "Garden Furniture" would be more powerful than a paragraph of text.

Hi,
Did your site get approved?
I had a similar one, and sadly it didn't pass.
