which country are you in? in the country i live in your mobile credit is a currency. can be used to buy credits for games.

SMS billing exists, but few companies accept it for goods since network operators take a 45% cut. Then there is the cut taken by the SMS billing gateway. Doesn't leave the merchant with much left over.

Actually google play store offers direct-carrier-billing in which you can purchase stuffs from the playstore using your sim balance. It works here in my country(PH). Maybe you can give it a try. How much are the balances on each sim? maybe i can help you out send me a PM.
