I am going to create a website for my services.

The most important keywords volume is ~1000/month. I've got a few keywords like these.

Top 10 sites rank by this keyword:

DA 9.69 +- PA 19.21 +- MozRank 4.05 +-

However, I am kind of newbie on SEO. What should my first moves be with this site when I will start doing PAGE OFF SEO?

Do NOT add your link to the profile. Just Google forums that are close to your niche/keywords, register, make a few posts and then post a link IN RELEVANT content comment.

Because Google is ignoring (or trying to ignore) any links that are part of link building scheme? The profile link is obviously added by the owner of the website - no one is adding random websites in his profile, so its very likely Google to ignore them completely...
