I have taken a review copy... so far I've had 30ish diggs today. I'll let you guys know how it goes, and if I reach front page. If it goes well, I'll definately be using this service often.
By the way, e2madina, do you offer this service for youtube videos?
So here's my review:
I had a total of 116 diggs to my article, which did not make it to the front page. It did get about 200 views coming from digg though. So while I wasn't too happy about it not hitting the front page, If you do get to the front page, I think this service can be worth a lot.
Also, the diggs to my article did not really convert to anything. This could just mean that I'd need to understand the digg audience a little better. All in all though, I think there is potential. (to be fair, I don't think my article was all that great anyways)
My one suggestion though, is that the initial charge shouldn't be as high since many sites will not hit the front page. However, once it does hit the front page, you can make bank. I'd probably pay about $20 for an initial service and wouldn't mind paying $100-120 if it hits front page. That way, If it does hit front page, it'll more than pay itself, and if it doesnt, 20 isnt too much to lose anyways, and you can use the service multiple times till you actually hit something. However, with the $50 initial charge (mind you I took a review copy for $30), you're essentially paying $0.50 per Digg, which to me is pretty expensive. I'd like to know though on average how many people actually hit the front page.
All in all, the work was completed very quickly with about a 24 hr turnover time, and I will probably give this service a couple more chances before writing it off because I think it has huge potential to make bank.
Appreciate the review copy e2madina, and hope to give your service another chance soon.
