Yes, use mouse and copy.

No problem with copying titles really. If it's 4 - 5 word titles, then there are surely dozens of duplicates all over the web. It's pretty common and I wouldn't be too bothered about it.

Articles... not so much.

Yeah, assuming you already have the target website URLs, all you need is a pretty simple scraper.

Done that, I have all the 39k URLs on my sublime text 2... but how do I make a wordpress article for each line now? I can't do it manually because 39k are way too much

You could use the Wordpress REST API: https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/

Hi, @Akieasendo. Why not rewrite the titles? If you have a VA, you can ask your VA to rewrite them one by one. Titles are roughly between 8 to 12 words in length.
