[QUESTION] About find a niche

Hello, i have a questions in my mind, and i need help because i want to believe in my abilities, but I need to understand things.
I read various guides, I used the search form but I did not understand well, so be patient
Ok, the problem is:
I want to find a good, wonderful niche to earn money with offers (with Ogads and others..), now i know games popular but not so much, not like Clash Royale, it's less popular.
I understand that niche is really good when i find keywords with low competition - high volume , but when i search a video of these games on youtube, in first position these videos has 250-300k views + .. so I do not understand if the niche is good or not! :/
Because i can't rank (i think) my video if in search on youtube appear video with my same niche "[name niche] [hack]" for example, there are always videos with 350k views in first position, SO, how can I really understand if the niche is good or not? when i search videos on youtube and first videos has 350-400k views? does it mean that the niche is not good or I do not have to think about it?

when choosing a niche use buzzfeed and google trends .

use longtailpro to get long keywords ..

ok, so, in this case for example, i could create a niche " best clash royal hacking code may 2018 " because FIRST video has only 20k views and i can boost my video (views, likes, comments obviously + keywords with low competition and much volume + text minimum 300 words) more than the first, right?! if the answer is yes, I'm understanding new things.

So, i will use google trends for example (or app annie), to search a niche popular but not so much, then i will use "lontgailpro" to obtain a long titles, then I will search videos of my niche on youtube with long titles generated by "lontgailpro" ,
and my goal is to see a video with few views in the first position,
at this point i can say that i have found a good niche, right?
or am I confusing? (probably..I hope not)

You have good niche when the compettition is low. The way to know if the compettition is low or not is looking at the google search result. If the three first results are authority site (like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube) or crappy website under 25 PA for example. It's a good niche and you will easily rank.

Meaning if the top player in Google's page one for a keyword are crappy website or an authority site's page (youtube video .etc) then it's a low compettition keyword ,regardless of the search volume. Sorry for my broken ingris.

He is telling you to check the first 3 results AFTER you press search, in google search.

You have to analyze the top 3 sites and check if it's easy to rank over them

Ahh now i understand i think! I explain:
1) i found a popular but not so much(game)on app annie for example;
2) to rank i need keywords with low competition and high rank
3) I can rank in my niche (a game for example), IF.. on google search there are sites like facebook,youtube,instagram or other important site with LOW PA (UNDER 25) , SO if youtube has PA under 25, i can create a video of this niche game, and i can rank using super keywords, right? or not 100%?
