go to appearance themes click on theme -delete

Are you trying to replace the theme you have with another theme? Or are you trying to get rid of it altogether? With wordpress you have to use a theme or at least a html landing page. I'm guessing you want to be able to edit the front end using drag and drop? There are themes that enable you to do that.

I used to use OptimizePress. It's not cheap though. But maybe there's a nulled version around.
