Lost access to linked in

What to do, they ask me to send them my passport and shit, but I used fake name to register it...so I cant verify it.....I did not want my personal name to be all over the internet......

In my opinion, even if you have a fake name, you can provide your ID document. Just say that you didn't want to use your real name.

If you are a man, and your profile is a woman, then ask a girl friend to show up as you; again, if the name is not the same, it is okay.

Do you have also a fake picture on your profile?

I would like to know what's up with your case, I work a lot there right now haha

they closed two linked accounts......they werr rather small. but still....when i tied to login they asked me to verify via passport.....
i did not say i am a woman....just used fake name.....
there is no alternative.......to verify, just a passport....can you imagine???
so guys if you create fake linked in account, like many do be careful....maybe use a name of your dead uncle where you still keep his passport

You should explain the situation to LinkedIn Support and tell as a proof your phone number used on Linkedin.

I have the same problem, several of my fake accounts got restricted and linkedin is asking for ID. I dont think i've provided them any phone number when i was creating the profiles....

FB & Linked In is very strict about fake account in this days.
So, you cant do anything now. One thing you can do is: show them your real ID proofs
