I signed up but the referral program is nowhere to be seen after you log in the only links you will find are the links that you can buy, but what you do get a shitload of emails with backlink offers, its seems all fishy to me

Sorry if we got you wrong. You could have specified your questions with such details as "when can I withdraw money earned" or "which payment methods do you use" etc.

Referral program can be found in footer links. After you log in you can see the list of your referrals and your payments.

As for emailing just use "Unsubscribe" option and you will stop receiving our offers.
