From my experience while creating an article. First Research More about them before you write article or short description about it.

Say if the particular product or service is taking place in a city or a place. Make sure you mention some positive factors about the city or the place while creating article.

Make sure the readers of the city like them if you added flavor about the city. This will give them good impression about your product or service.

Thats the reason we should always have a slight Native touch while writing an article.
