Do you use IFTTT to auto share your post when published or are you manually sharing to all your social accounts? Tumblr, fb, twitter, pinterest etc..

This is very true. Was just curious if it was best to manually share with unique descriptions or anything like that.

How does this IFTTT sharing work exactly, does it take your tumblr blog and then blast it to all your other linked social media accounts like IG and twitter and FB on one persona or is it more elaborate than that? What exactly is an IFTTT "ring"? I've heard of the term but not sure if it's a linkwheel chained to IFTTT triggers or a unique persona or...who knows...

Both.

I use IFTTT and SNAP, and if it is a platform that I get good engagement on, I'll share old posts with rewritten headlines, to increase engagement.

If you don't know how to create some mildly engaging content for social, I advise doing it yourself, learn, then automate.

I use a combination of Buffer, Snap, and IFTTT; and in IFTTT you can add hashtags when spreading across other accounts. Currently im searching for auto-hashtag webapp, dlvrit has it but not as good as riteboost.
