twitter auto follow/unfollow ?

hi

i'm trying to grow my twitter follow base and reach , i don't have patience to do that manually .

can you suggest any online tool that does follow and follow non followers , broadcast and re-tweets sometimes etc...
or is there custom paid script that could do this and which is the best ? this might be passive nothing aggressive .
