looking for a paid tweetdeck

I'm looking for a place where I can pay for promoting a tweet for my marketing clients.

I can't join tweetdecks myself - don't have good enough accounts. I want to pay to get my tweet 1000+ organic engagements so my client sees numbers/traffic. What's the best way to do that?
