Getting clicks from other region on adwords

I am facing this problem since few days.. Every time i set my location for only usa but adwords giving me maximum clicks from Asia... Where is the problem ?? anyone here who can help me about this matter? i check my click via cloacker ..

I had same issue got infinity clicks from thailand's ip anyhow just select "people in my targeted location" it should resolve your issue otherwise you need to modify your .htaccess to block those ips

click on campaign then go to setting and then in advance setting click on Location Options and select People in your targeted location.
By default this setting enable for : People in, or who show interest in, your targeted locations (recommended).
So change it to : People in your targeted locations
