I check that and i have no budget because they don't promote a website they only promote a thread based service.

They do advertise services that aren't listed in BHW marketplace, just take a look at the header's banners.

Now let's talk reality, having created a website like Fiverr implies that you're going to compete with them. From where I'm coming from there is only one way to beat them without budget: Offering a unique service or idea they don't, which (and don't get wrong) I don't think you are. That leads us back to the budget and where I'm going with this: If you don't have a , fairly big, budget then I don't think you'll be able to attract visitors.
