Congratulations Man! I am really happy for you! I am 19 myself and own a couple of Instagram pages who are slowly but steadily picking up the pace. I have always thought FB was hard to grow since I tried for a little while and gave up but your story is really inspiring and your plans for future investment as well. I've had some free time and I scrolled through my old threads and found this one. I've realised that I have never uploaded pictures from apartment,so here they are:

Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures because I've sent them on messenger then I reuploaded on Imgur. I've also bought 2 small boats and one larger boat. All thanks to IM. Right now I'm planning to open a Tourist & Marketing Agency. I'm planning to buy 2 houses in the next 2 years. I'll update my thread again when I buy them. I will buy them,mark my words.

What's the price of buying an apartment in Croatia?

It all depends on the city and the position. In my city the usual price for m2 is around 2300$ (that's only for blank apartment)

I've had some shitty pages before but I didn't promote them at all. This was my first 'serious' try at Facebook and I turned out pretty good.

When you have money, real estate is without a doubt the best asset you can have if you can pay it in full (without asking for loans)

Interesting how it only costs 20k for that apartment. Sure it's small but it's good enough for what you want to do.

Old houses that size in my city costs minimum of 40-45k€

Yeah I mean it is small but it has around 33m2 so that's pretty good size for 2 people
