Bing Ads Blocked My account! HELP!

I created the (second) new account on Bing Ads. Added payment method. Again blocked!

I returned to my old bing ads account and it was fine- logged in with no problem. But after when I changed payment method for this one which was on new account, this account was blocked also.
After many chats with support every time they sent me the same email

I'm wondering if it's still possible to create new account, but with new debit card info? Or Bing banned me forever?

You're a GENIUS. Adding a banned payment to a good account so that it gets also banned. You're definitely going to get back on soon.

After that my account was blocked (later found on forums that a lot of people was blocked after redeemed vouchers). I returned to my old bing ads account and it was fine- logged in with no problem. But after when I changed payment method for this one which was on new account, this account was blocked also. After many chats with support every time they sent me the same email I'm wondering if it's still possible to create new account, but with new debit card info? Or Bing banned me forever?

How to Fix it?​

Asking because it's a similar question copy (even though was last year and exclude $200) posted there and I suggest you apply the advice given of:

'The only way you are ever going to get another Bing Ads account is to create a new business entity like an LLC or corporation, get new bank accounts setup for that business, use a different physical address for the business, and make sure there is no other way they can recognize it is you'.​

If not you, still suggest that is the best route in 2018 (what's left of it) and beyond!

If is you and didnt take the advice there in 2017, it's likely any advice I say here in 2018, you wont take onboard neither

You can easily make a new bing account but you need to use your brain. Don't let bing know that you are making multiple accounts. Make and use everything fresh-right from account details to payment method. And there are other variables too that decides the outcome of your account. It requires some testing.
