Any opportunity to find a mentor?
No need for a mentor, just leverage assets you already have.

Products to consider:
baby monitors, cribs, parenting help books & courses, potty training, baby car seats...

Thanks for the tip!

Hey all!

We just recently added another little one to our family. I spent many years working in corporate America and allowing my ex to be a stay at home mom. I am now looking to reverse roles and become a stay at home dad. However, I do not want to do so without making money and supplementing my income -- and -- eventually surpassing it. I have saved enough to be income free for a year, but don't want to diminish everything i have saved. So, I'm here, looking for ways to make money. I have a top seller account on ebay that I used to be very active on (selling video games) but I have not done reselling much in the past few years. My goal to start is $100/day and I am open to any and all feedback and ideas. Outside of that I will be searching the forums and giving things a go! If you have advice, or want to share ideas please, please let me know!
Welcome,

Whatever you do don't spend your hard earned money "guessing" and trying out methods that need paid traffic sources.
Make sure to work a bit more offline just for your IM needs / journeys / fails / expenses.

The last thing you'd want is to get overwhelmed and start losing money on ads without knowing what you're doing.
It's not bad if you're not gonna touch the "family" earnings , if you get my grasp.

Or you could work on slower free methods :)
Good luck!

100% agree and appreciate the solid advice. Looking around it's difficult to find legitimate sources of internet marketing that aren't just scrapped together from someone trying to make a quick buck by selling an ebook and videotaping themselves walking around expensive cars and an expensive house to try and sell them. I can see a lot of trial and error and new skills learned in order to make things work. It's taking those concepts and figuring out what works. Which I'm down for the adventure. I'll use money earned to reinvest, whether it be from reselling or if I find a method that just plain works, but I have no plans on just dumping the nest egg on get rich quick ideas to try and bypass the time work and effort needed to succeed.

Anyway, nice to come across someone with genuine advice and not someone trying to take advantage. Thanks again!
