BHW not opening with out VPN

Hi,
From couple of days i am unable to open BHW with out VPN
i send screen shot to support but still facing same issue
this problem only with me or other people facing same issue?

Please provide the screenshot you mention here or your support ticket reference. Along with your geo and the IP that you're unsuccessfully trying to connect from (you can pm this to me if preferred) ?

The other threads show the DDOS protection that we occasionally have to enable.

This one doesn't get the Cloudflare issue and appears to drop immediately. Awaiting the IP of the user when not on VPN to clarify.

If you are seeing the same problem (and now connecting via VPN) please comment on this thread and we'll reach out directly.

I also reached their support and they asked me to give them my ip and screenshot and i emailed them ip and screenshot of error. It's been almost 3 weeks now no one replied me back

I also now get issues with accessing BHW on my mobile. It says connection not secure, if I don't use a VPN.

Weird. Mines working fine (posting from mobile now). What mobile browser combo are you currently using. Can you throw a screenshot up?

I use chrome on Android. Funny enough my VPN is not on now. It seems to happen out of the blue and continues for months. I remember having the same issue some years ago.
