Market research in dropshipping

Hey there. I am a developer who has a little experience in dropshipping. I want to build a tool that can make your - dropshippers' life easier.

I know there are plenty of tools out there that are already doing good jobs. Therefore, I narrow down a bit the niche to the market research step when you need to find a potential item to dropship. Can you share here:

• What do you normally do to find potential items for dropshipping? (I know this can be your secret, but please as detailed as possible)
• What are your pains when doing so (if any)?
• What features would you expect from a tool if it can help you on this task?

ok understood. Didn't mean to exploit details from people. I just tried to understand their "pains" in this phase of dropshipping to build an useful tool

I already use AliDropship plugin for that
