But i have this problem( they banned my acc after couple of days) also when i use eclipse and advanced apk tool for compiling my legal white hack apps (no copyright violations), so the only common thing between these tools is java , i m just saying some theories i m newbie in developement .

Have you used vmware to compile? Eclipse also have tracking tools in android plugin. We have checked it in wireshark, they are sending to Google fingerprint informations

I would say that an alternative solution is to find someone that can compile for you. You send all the source code when it's done. Then you send this source code to someone (fiverr, upwork)
For 5$ or 10$, i'm sure you will find someone who will be able to only compile.
However, there are still many things to change (vpn, admob id, ......)

I tried many methods to find a solution and i recently figured out this information (compiling in Vm) so im trying it now and the accout stil alive after 10 days of uploading my app but i have to wait more to be sure ,i really suffered with this problem and this is my last method and my last hope .

No, you will get ban, there are many things in java and html5 to fingerprint your device. From pixel tracking, cookie, to unique lcd resolution in float to cpu ID, graphics ID, etc. also Android Studio can do more with device data

do you think it's safe if i just using new usb gsm modem for new connection?
my daily using adsl connection through wifi router..
you told to using ssh proxy for connection, but how about if we registration to playstore? proxy will make different country connection to registration data (my country indonesia)

Did u reverse engineer app? For visa card are u using entropay?
