Made $30 on two articles today

Hi, RedTide,

I just purchased your e-book and I like it. I've been following this thread the last week and you gave out so much information that I thought, "Hey, if he reveals this much for free, then his e-book must be really great!" And it is. (great marketing, btw...)

Due to your free help in this thread, I got my first offer for $3.53 (my biggest previously was $2.90) So, thank you for that.

Anyways, I have a few questions, if you don't mind answering...

1. If I have multiple accounts at AC linked to the same Paypal with different e-mail addresses, and I submit a W9 with my name and SS#, won't they realize that it's the same one person?

2. If I stop an AC account at $450 to let it accumulate pageview payments, and I change the e-mail address in Paypal so I can open a new AC account, how will I collect the pageview payments if that particular e-mail address is no longer valid?

3. To hyperlink a word in the article, do I do it with the link button in Text Editor On mode? Also, can I hyperlink to say, Amazon or must it be more of an informational site?

4. To cite sources, do I just put 2 urls (that come up at the top of the search engine when I type that particular keyword) approx 2 lines below the article, in the text editor box?

Thank you very much,
LadyG

but you can submit to another niche (which hopefully means a different editor) ?

Exactly ;)

Hi LadyG,

Thanks much for the kind words about the book. Actually though, I never had any idea I would write a book when I started this thread (the thread was like 3-4 months old before I even thought of writing an AC book.) So any brilliance in marketing was all dumb luck on that one. Like they say, I'd rather be lucky than good anyday ;)

The timing of your post is ironic because I just found your email in my Roundcube email account (I don't use it very often) and answered all of your questions there :biggthump

Awesome to see you're able to post finally and you got that all sorted out. Let me know if the sample article helps as well.

Good luck,

Redtide

Hi Redtide,

Thanks for your reply. I got it. Your sample article is really good... May I ask if you did it or one of your rewriters did it, because it's really good.

Also, just one more question: can I hyperlink to say, Amazon or must it be more of an informational site?

Thanks for all your help.. really appreciate it.

LadyG

Hi LadyG,

Thanks for the compliments. Yeah, that article was a rewrite done by one of my writers.

As far as hyperlinking goes, you can link to Amazon as long as the text you're linking from in your article is directly related to Amazon. :biggthump

Cheers,

Redtide

Hey Red,

Got the payment rolling in my PP account. Thanks mate for your email! it really helped me around my AC control panel.

Hiring rewriters is a real pain in the ass man! You're right. The hardest part is the setting up process. But I'm gonna make this happen!

Will keep you updated. Ciao!

Hi people,

I am going good on AC as of now. I used to get just about $1.55 for each article, but now, after the increase in views, i'm getting $2.5+ for each article. I guess this will also increase with the increase in the number of views.

I found this piece of article in AC and thought that it might be of some help to you. Its about optimizing your articles for better upfront as well as performance payments.

Hope this helps you guys!! :)

Just some question:
Submiting 10 articles per day in just 1 account will be too much? Or should I submit these 10 articles in 2 accounts (5 articles per account).
If yes, should I use proxy while doing this?

Thanks! ;)

@ shikkah - once you get your writers hired and trained to what you're wanting from the articles, you're good to go. Just do the things I've already talked about to get through the hiring as soon as possible ie: multiple GAF accounts etc.

Once you do you're on your way man :)

@ swan - Thanks for the share. I checked it out, but didn't see where it lead to an article or anything. Am I missing something?

Glad things are going well btw ;)

@ seph4m - It's always best to start your accounts slowly. Start with 5 or so per account a day and then submit more as time goes on. Submitting 10 a day to an account is fine but it's best to start with 5 a day for a few weeks.

No matter how many articles you submit to AC a day, it's your call if you want to play it safe and use proxies. Like we've already talked about, AC doesn't auto-check IP's, so it's kind of like when you've got a hot date and things are getting heated...

If you want to play it safe...use protection :knockedou

Cheers

Hi redtide,

Its not exactly an article... It is just a collection of slides telling us some important stuff about AC... :)

Hey redtide I need your help man can u send me a article you chosen and a rewrite of it I really need this help ty in advance.

Hi Kobe,

It would be better if you can purchase redtide's book rather than asking for the samples. The book has it all and I'm sure all your doubts will be cleared once you have read it.

Or just post your exact problem here and all the 'AC bigshots;)' will come to your rescue :)

@ Swan - Thanks for sharing :biggthump

There's a lot of good info and articles written there that I recommend everyone check out. Do a search for "write for Assocted Content." Most of it has already been discussed here, but there's a few good tidbits from other AC writers.

Sorry kobe,

Like I've already discussed, I don't pass out samples of my articles. It's part of my AC consultation service. Visit the site in my sig to learn more about it.

Redtide

Hi everyone,

I was just checking out AC now, y'know reading some of the articles that VIP authors, clout 10... write and trying to get some hints.

This is what I found:

One author ends all her articles with this
"
** To read more from this author, CLICK HERE. (CLICK HERE being a clickable link, linking to her profile page)

which (probably) is another chance to increase page views. I think this is a great idea!

What do you think?

GetAFreelancer . com (GAF)

In plain terms, it's an online 'marketplace' (like Guru.c0m, Elance.c0m, etc.), where many online jobs are offered (by job-givers) and through bidding, some online freelancers (job-seekers) make some online money.:)

Yep! Definitely a great idea... but she is clout 10, so has the moral right to place that link, and even if she didn't place it, we, the newbies must read some of her articles to learn her style and also to learn how she rose to that height. :)
