It works but I don't think the forums phase does works anymore, people have been moving from forums to social network sites and forums are mostly left behind, also almost no forum today allows you to post links if you are new.

Good guide but I think driving traffic from forums is not going to work these days. It might work for some niche and that too if you really know enough about your niche to make useful contributions in forums.

It has been working well for years. Still works today just as well as in the past.

I read and re-read it. I think you need to spend well over 20 hours the first few weeks. Overall looks good if one has the time.
