Is it worth redirecting domains like this

Hello All,

Still trying to work my plan of attack, I was wondering if it was worth redirecting domains like the below.

Example: I come up with a band name : "abc123" let' say this is my brand name for selling cakes.

Is it worth buying domains like Bestfrosting.co.uk/.com and bestcupcake.co.uk/.com to redirect to different pages it relates to on my brand website?

not if it doesnt have any links. If you can find expired domains with authority and related these would be good to 301
