Dedicated IP hosting - does it leave a footprint?

I'm looking into getting hosting for multiple domains and it seems as though getting hosting that provides dedicated IP addresses may be the cheapest option. Does it leave a footprint, though?

Any suggestions? Am I better off getting individual hosting from different hosts?

^ This, if you're trying to use them as PBNs

9 times out of 10 if you use the same hosting company for each account back-to-back and purchase a dedicated IP address they'll be in the same subnet. Having different class C's for your PBNs is the best way to go which means a different hosting account per site. However, if you're just running a regular website, shared hosting with addon domains + a dedicated Ip address is just fine.
