Actually in PPI Industry most of them are reseller. I mean sometimes when an industry have a problem they take others links from others industry and reciprocally..
Don't look at which one is the reseller or not, but the others differents aspects, advantages depending on you, such as daily payment, payment by wire, low payout, etc..
If you do not want reseller just find advertisers but I'll be more complicated and more chance to get scammed.

Ogads has very limited offer for Indian traffic.
Cpalead has far more offers, but m sure it is not the best ad network.

Cpalead doesn't work at all, i have tried all their offers told the support thousand of time none work, their response we'll remove after certain amounts of clicks they don't care for publishers any more. See adscend
