How to make money from restaurant website?

I've built website for a client, the client don't won't to pay. So, I ended up with a restaurant website, the websites gets approx 400 monthly visitor...

How to monetize them? Does Adsense eligible for this kind of websites? Is there any Affiliate offers or CPA (traffic from US only)?

Do exactly this. Check your gmaps for local restaurants and just sell them the website. Explain how those 400 monthly visitors could bring in a few restaurant clients per month easily and like how a popular restaurant brand needs a website and such.

If you're ranking for best steak house XXXX or best burgers in xxxx then you can approach any restaurant in that town that don't have a website ( but maybe just a FB page ) and offer it to them.
Other option is make a directory and sell advertising slots on there.

If you don't sell this website like @MisterF and @davids355 suggested , then make a blog on this site on the same domain and start posting recipies into it. Have the whole recipe into the post. Make YouTube videos on how to cook the dish and embed into the post. Share via social media, especially Instagram (you know the drill.. it has to have delicious looking photo of the dish) and pinterest. There's a lot of money to be made on this niche despite of the competition. It all depends on the authenticity of the recipe.
