As you all well know blackhatworld is changing.

Its getting bigger which means more kiddies and spammers. Now this is all mostly taken care off and users breaking rules are instantly banned.

Now even new accounts are hand approved.

What else would you like to see here at Blackhatworld while we are growing?

Realistic answers only, for the good of the forum.

I have 100 invitations to give out, I'd like to see me only have 3. :D

He have an IRC chat network and a ventrilo network for voice. :)

I think the forum has got all the functionality it requires as per functionality and uses, it would be cool to have some sort of online chat room we could log on to when logged in. Although i wouldn't want the scope of the website to be taken away from the forum in terms of posting etc. We may just all end up living in the chat room and never posting in the forum and i think that would remove the heart of the website and what has made it what it is today (incl the users of course!)

Join Ventrilo or IRC.

I'd like to see an instant ban for people who ask "How do I make X in 5 days?" ;)
Not to be a thanks whore, but if you agree with someone thank them so we can see easily whether an idea is supported or not?

If there was one thing I would want to change, it would be to make it more of a "private" forum somehow.

I know you guys probably want to keep growing.. but I'm sure a lot of members would agree?

Other than that, I'd say don't change anything!

English is not my native language and I couldn't understand about yours sentence "Its getting bigger which means more kiddies and spammers"
I can understand about kiddies but what you was meaning about spammers?

A tutorials section with BHW pre approved tutorials only. I feel that it would
separate the quality TUTs from the n00b! "my method arn't I clever" posts.

Although this would be good for yourself and member(s) already registered, i am sure you will agree if this forum was not open to all, the likes of you and myself would have never discovered it. And the reason the forum is so successful and forthcoming is because of the nature of how much peeps are willing to share. I think making the forum private would have a reversed affect on the points which gives the forum its heart.

You are probably right..

I just hope that keeping the forum open to anybody doesn't change anything and we get the same value in the future as we do now...

make specific section for beginners. MMO has become a big wave around the world right now and many people think that blackhat techniques will make them money fast and easily. choose one moderator for this section to choose and update this section one time a month with several good and easiest techniques for last month.

yeah, the methods may not work for next month but all conversations among the noobs will be there and it will keep other blackhatters that passes the bridge to make money from being distracted by useless thread that keep asking things that can be found by using search button. it'll make the process of compiling informations for them easier and they can twist the methods by combining them easily. honestly, the results return by search function need to be digged before you found what are you looking for even though you had typed the right phrase.

managing different types of people by categorizing them to the right place is the concept that i'm talking about and it's really important for any organizations to run their system or business (considering that this forum is one of the business platform and school).

I agree with the 100 invites thing, it's excessive. I believe it should be closed off and people get invites based on amount of times thanked or posts. Means noobs couldn't just invite other noobs and make it some noob fest. Also more mod/admin support, you guys do an amazing job but why not get someone to be the head "I'll deal with people's needs" person? I've been trying to change a thread I posted for over a month because I made the original post in error. I've also heard people talk about not being able to sell a product/service here because of the delayed time it takes to get approved. But that's just my two cents. You guys have a tough job as it is between BHW and internet marketing for yourselves but you should consider lightening the burden you have by getting people to do the boring crap.

Cheers

Yes, I'm logged in with quite a few others as we speak.

i went to the irc chat a couple times, never stuck around so long, it was so quiet

Most people stay logged into IRC 24/7 so they're idle, but things don't happen unless someone starts the chat. Remember to view the channel list as well, and the #makecash chan is the most popular and highly trafficked one.

Use little icon prefixes people will need to chose before posting a new thread. For example a question mark for questions. Next time you see a thread called "how to make quick money online" you will know whether its a question, share, discussion or a new method by simply looking at the thread icon prefix.

Getting back on topic:

The thanks button is not for an "agreed post", it's for a "useful post". If such was the case, I would be thanking everyone I agreed with, defeating the purpose. Thanks are a good way of determining who is helpful and who isn't (or who posts the most downloads ), not who is the most agreeable.
