Expired domain : Foreign Language Past

Hey Guys,
Found a good domain, but it's formerly in Spanish and all of the backlinks are also spanish.
High rd : wikihow,wikipedia
It's not indexed already, but i'm worried about buying it and turning it into an French PBN.

Would you buy it?

It's recommended to not use this type of Domains. But I've experiment last year with a Arabic ED to Rank English Content. And I ranked easily without much effort.

Language is as important as niche relevancy. So not much. This isn't an ideal situation of course, but I wouldn't be bothered.
