how can i get a full adsense approval

Hello guys!

I need some help about adsense approval , i have applied in to many adsenses with different ip and different websites with fresh original posts but it still send me this email:

I'm getting this issue

i have always applied with tech blog and also reserved some organic traffic but its still same thing
