You can't do gambling directly with adwords but we have people that do gambling traffic by just using an indirect angle to target the same demographics and then cloak it.

Have a look at pop traffic/banners - especially from streaming sites. You don't need any licences etc.

Google adwords is only possible with cloacking and is quite possible because I've done it.When you use keywords in sweden Google staff don't know what that even means not to mention that last action from Adwords lead me to conclusion that Google dont even watch keywords you target.If need more help/explanation pm me or ask here.

This is not correct - you only need to cloak if your campaign violates Adwords policies.
Again, not correct. Aside from the fact that Google has two offices in Sweden, they have staff who work in Ireland and are fluent in Swedish. Their policies apply to all 44 supported languages and they know exactly what you're running with the keywords/ad copies.

1 Check point where you fail.Sweden do not allow gambling advertisements as in whole EU if you know the rules.So yes advertising on adwords is major breaking of rules
2 check point where you again fail is that you dont know anything about cloackers.Its to damn obvious and you don't know anything how cloacking works and from where are check points of keywords if as you says such check exists.
I don't want to be rude man but I create at least 4-5 black hat adwords account per day which run successful campaigns.Do you do the same?

It's fairly obvious you don't understand how Google implements its policies. You cannot use restricted keywords unless you have gone through Google's certification process. It makes no difference if you are cloaking or not.

I will not fall into just to prove that even on legit way you can display ads on keyword "spelande" and its variations for swedish website.
And all as you because think as "in the box" not out of the box we have problem here.
Go ahead and void with your premises.

-Run display with angle about foreign/single mother winning.
-Write safe page about winning - NO LINKS or talk about any site on safe page.
-Cloak to presell.
-Run gambling.
And your running gambling ads. It's been done since google banned gambling ads, I don't see the issues still. Accounts go down often, but that is the risk what affiliate must take.
I'll just clear something up for you, as already stated. You can advertise on Google if you have a licence. No need for cloaking.

What cloaker do you recommend? I've checked some out and they seem pretty expensive...
Most cloakers are fairly expensive.
Trafficarmor has native/google options, would go that way.

JCI is way overpriced. Go with Magic Checker, Traffic Armor or get a Russian to code one for you according to your needs.
