I'm just starting out with fb ads, I targeted U.S and I got a click of $1.4 I feel it's not going to work so I pause the ad. Now, I'm targeting another asian country, selling fashion items, you think it will work?

That's a really broad question. No1 can tell you if it will work because it all comes down to skills and budget!

Only one way to find out and that is by keep testing things and adjusting accordingly.

Make your ad more engaging. Try video ads, with a nice custom thumbnail. Play with your targeting. Tbh, $1.4 isn't enough to test for anything anyway but if you're sure it's not gonna work play with what I said before switching countries. If it's a blackhat niche that's a great way to get banned faster too ime.

Facebook ads in a consistent testing and adjusting works. I just got 0.3$/click with USA market

At first decide your target location, then target-Interest, then exclude unnecessary interests : after that you will get Mature & Relevant clicks

If you think this is bad, I'm getting $2-$6 cpc. If anyone could help me, i'd appreciate that.
