This service is not all working. All of my links are of good quality (Social bookmarks, article directories, web 2.0 etc) and are manually built. They promise you guaranteed 80% index but not even single links of mine is Indexed.

So, I've opened a support ticket for a refund and personally sent a msg to the OP. It's been more than 2 days and I haven't got any response. I smell Scam people.
