fraudfilter is it still working in 2018

Im a user of fraudfilter for 3 years, it works great before but starting to not work for facebook ads after 2017.8. so I stopped black hat facebook ads for a while. google adwords always works with no big problem.

but recently facebook ads are much harder to do white hat, so im thinking about doing black hat again, is fraudfilter still working for facebook?

I try to contact JCI blackjack but got no response, and try to apply for noip, but got no response after some email back and forth.

Hate fraudfilter. They have an insane bleed rate even when its working. I use NoipFraud mostly. Theyre invite only so you have to get a referral from someone

even after rebranding from fraudbuster, they didn't get it still. hahahaha

m using Linkscloaking. their cloaker is more advance than other cloaker with lots of filtering and cheap rate than others
