Right and you " quit " the method because 500 $ a day is pennies compared to your other methods but you will happily post an affiliate link with the guide and make 500 $ in a couple weeks .

If you're having trouble posting in existing groups, try making your own groups. That way you can pin your offer for the background checks so people will see it. In my area, the eastern US), we have tons of the online garage sale and trash and treasure ( the saying that one man's trash is another man's treasure) pages. From what I have seen, it's easy to get people to join new groups because of the drama and fighting that exist in most of them.
You can always drill down and create niche groups. For example, loads of people I know that are 55+ use fb on their phones everyday, but they are not as savvy as some folks when it comes to internet research. I think they'd be less likely to use public research resources and would pay for something that's neat, clean and easy for them. You could create groups for retirement communities and you'd have a more captive audience.
Also, we have tons of handyman and mechanic services that get posted in groups around my area. I think a homeowner would he much more likely to pay for a check in that case as opposed to a check before meeting someone to buy a TV or something. Sure there's Angie's list and other resources to find and vet contractors and such, but I still see people that post in these groups for small jobs and stay busy year round.
You could also reach out to existing page owners and offer to vet members for a small price. That would give the owners the benefit of claiming that their members are all vetted ( at least to a small degree). I know a couple people that run small groups that monetize them in several ways. There's just so many ways to spin this...

You should call PayPal and find out why you can't get into your account. I don't think they would lock people out for a negative balance, else how would they ever get their money?

Why would you care? If someone thinks you are scamming them then they are not your customer. Focus on those who don't think that and don't worry about the rest. You think Ford is going to stop doing business because 50 million people say they are shit and like Chevy's instead?

you escalated to dating sites or dating groups? If it was groups I guess the same method that the sale groups was used, but how would you get customers in dating sites?

its more of a daily grind that i didnt want to do anymore. i would rather focus on more passive methods to make money. i can always go back to this if i run out of money or need some start up capital for other projects.
take the idea and use it in your market. use a different background check company that is local.
yes. you can use this idea with tons of different niches. you are basically providing a service to people for a price. there are tons of software out there where you can provide a service easily for a price.

I thought I would try this on some of my aged accounts and mostly the reception was quite hostile even with different messages. Quite a few people pop up and comment "you can do this yourself for free" or "they just want your info". In the end blocking people was just getting annoying and they were spoiling the post for anyone else that might have been interested.

Hi, The only part I didnt try was the contact the admin and try for a sticky post or use dating groups as they seem swamped now. The accounts I have have been very active in the groups they are in for a few years now. Commenting and liking other peoples posts etc. I am guessing its just getting the message right which is always a challenge and then one day you hit the nail on the head.

This is part of the problem. You have to sell it right. Try also sharing things in the group that might scare people. Like news articles that show people getting robbed or hurt by using the marketplace to sell their stuff.

I found that the method works but I did a few tweaks to it:
1. I created a website, complete with quick logo and pitch letter.
2. I took it beyond Facebook ( I did join a few groups but I also went a little further than that and tapped into a few other social media accounts)
3. I sent out the pitch letter to individuals renting their properties or selling cars. They can collect the $35 application fee but I only charge about $5-10 per check with an affiliate code that gets generated anytime they refer someone).
4. The affiliate program has a 60 day payout, so I have time to replenish the money and it's added to a sister site that I'm coming out with that will allow them to purchase items instead of an actual payout.
I have like 10 other methods I used with this idea but it's about not just sticking to what he said to do but to create your own concept. I even went as far as selling the a website, pitch letter, personalized profit pull process packet to 3 other individuals. I think it's better to work within the same spectrum without saturating the market.

I have over 100 sales. I have everything set up through my payment platform to charge taxes with each purchase. There are no real legal aspects considering it's public information. I am currently finishing a package for someone with the pitch letter, logo, email, etc and they want me to basically run it for them and report to them weekly on sales. This is phase one of my ramp up, I've created a porn site before with the same concept and that person made a couple thousand dollars a month after the first month so I'm about to do the same thing.
