Can't signup for Keysearch.co??? Anyone else had this issue?

I keep getting a message saying "Your account cannot be created at this time !!".

Anyone else experiencing this as well? do you know why this is happening?

I already had an account but the trial expired quite a while ago. I was using a new email now and it didn't work. Does it keep IP records for each account?

EDIT: I was trying to create a new account because I don't remember how it was like when I was checking it out the last time. Just wanted to have a look again, seems like the tool changed a bit as well since then.

Only he can answer, he is the seller. It may be IP, it may be MAC, could be something different.
