Would you be able to elaborate regarding preservation of a product's image? Say, an affiliate promotes a singlesnet promotion using youtube comments with facts about singlesnet's features, functions, and benefits; nothing misleading, but blatant spam.. If they end up converting, then you guys are happy with that right?
What's the process in deciding where degradation of a product occurs? Does the advertiser say, "Hey! We got a problem. These leads aren't converting. What's going on??" Or do you investigate all traffic and shake a no no stick?
What if someone responds to a CL casual encounter where a male or female is looking for NSA, and the affiliate says after having a conversation with the gentleman, "talk to me on singlesnet, because [feature's listed]" ?
If they choose to visit via the affiliate link and end up using the service, does it really matter where the traffic comes from? I'm just fishing here, but help me out as I'm not familiar with the process. Where does this all truly become a problem? Of course you're probably tired of answering this question, but I'm looking for a definitive answer so that we know where our boundaries lie. Feel free to point us to an existing thread if these particular scenarios have been covered.
If each scenario is different, yet we're not allowed to discuss it with our AMs without fear of repercussion, it doesn't seem to matter due to the TOS.. So, your previous post doesn't quite answer my question. It leads me to believe that you'd rather not hear about it, as long as the advertiser isn't complaining. Is this correct?
