Help related to expired domain

Hello ,
I found a domain with good metrics
RD from wikipedia and good domains
but when i check archive off domain i found it is used by 1 users before

this is used for Nike shoes .. but when i check ahrefs and majestics metrics i found that's no spammy anchor text! no blog comments..
my questions is :
should i buy this domain or not !?

what purpose do you want to use the expired domain? if as pbn and you said it has good metrics with high quality rds such as wikipedia and others, go ahead. repopulate it with archive.org and then link out to your money site after a month. you can also blog normally without having to use archive.org. why wait before linking out? because google has some kind of sandbox for pbns from expired domains so you need to show that you are not so quick to link out to your money site.

I don't want sell nike i want use the domain for my french pbn ! domain have good metrics and good rd ! but used before by two user ! user 1 use it to pbn and user 2 to nike store !
and i found other domain that use it only for nike store !
the two domains have good metrics !

That domain has been spammed to crap, it's either penalized or toxic. There are gazillions of domains like this one all over the place. Finding them is not a problem. But you want to point anything like that site to your money site, let alone use it as a money site itself.

I have one question can i use expired domain used before for other blog network.
other question : can i buy spammy link and make them like tier 2? pointing them to web 2.0 or 301 to web 2?
