This is How I Made (On Average) $100 a Day Using Facebook Groups and Doing Background Checks

First off OP let me just say that's a solid business model you have shared right there and that in theory should work...... but as you stated in your Disclaimer of sorts ..

Statements like that, although very true, can sometimes be perceived as the Author of said post giving himself a bit of wiggle room -lol You know, In case no one earns a penny he can refer to that statement. OF COURSE I'm not saying that is the case here but if I were a betting man I'd bet that statement, whether consciously or Sub- consciously, triggered a few folks to ask for your earnings proof..Made me want to as well, but as I don't put much stock in crap like that unless it's going live in real time into someones account to prove it...and still then, this business has honed some real Houdini's when it comes to stuff like that.

I can Feel you on the second part about "providing good value"....What I mean is over the long period I've been doing this on various communities I've been a member of I've shared what I think and have been told by those who earned from them, Some pretty decent methods & tutorials and often felt that maybe it should be ok to monetize parts of said method on the community..kinda like you did, or tried to do from what I gather, from your words lol.. But as I went along I realized besides being against the Rules it's kinda an unwritten pact or understanding,That, that's not a cool thing to do for various reasons. Some obvious some maybe not so much to some.....Anyway, as you asked

That's where I got a bit confused cause you clearly stated here that you had profited..

Now, for you to go on and attempt to profit off the community still after having earned a decent amount may lead some to the viewpoint of 2 reasoning's..

A. That you may not have profited as you claim you had and this Thread , minus any actual implementation was actually the Method.

B. It could appear as if you were Just being a bit GREEDY !

Brother, THE POINT OF IT ALL and this may sound corny and I'm no angel all this time I've been doing this, But, as I see it The Point is If this thing of ours has been good to you the Giving back or sharing should be selfless and unselfish, I mean, if you feel a given community has
helped in your growth. Now, Lets not be silly, we all know by showing how skilled we are at what we do they may come a point in time where we have a product or service to offer, as a paid one, well, that kindness we showed in sharing can't hurt how successful we might be at what we are now offering,
You know, within that communities RULES, STANDARDS &/Or Meeting the set Criteria to set up shop. Well then that is just the way business is conducted. Just as if someone who didn't actually give much to a community but was always setting up shop in the marketplace, well, that could be viewed some kinda of way and they might not do as well as someone offering similar services but is known for having shared with the community.. Of course a SUPERIOR Product will kinda supersede some of that sometimes...SOMETIMES?
Which kinda brings us full circle back to your share. Brother, I know you feel and you're right to do so, that you should have been allowed to monitize what you feel is such a valuable share by way of the community... You're suppose to feel like you can determine the value of your product and why someone suggested maybe you could have upgraded and advertised it properly. But as you have acknowledged you may have been a bit out of sorts on this and you seen like a Good Guy..A smart Guy... I just wanted to kinda give my viewpoint on why I think this thing kinda got loose on the railway REAL FAST lol..

I have tested this method yesterday on 60 groups and did not worked for me, although a lot people engage conversation but no one is willing to pay for such service (in my case). In general people are aware that should meet with others in public places while selling stuff. Some of them are even admit that they are criminals and they don't care. LOL

Here is just some of the reactions, like this is almost on every post...

That exactly what my test also received :D but who cares, I will just trying to test some more groups.
 
Your execution plan is not good, you copy this method 1:1 from OP.. use your imagination and modify this.

1. Offer this on pages where people sell/trade goods.
2. Team up with some Admins of these pages and offer them a cut share of your services and they can post this themselves so your service will be "legitimate".
3. Offer this for bigger and active groups where you can giveaway like 5 free BG checks, just to get some feedback for your service.
4. Buy a domain and create some landing page with such offer, if you dont know how to do that.. just buy a service from here, you get everything you need under 100$ and it will be professional
5. Your "service offer" doesn't look like it should or you target shitty groups.

These are just five simple points that i can come up with the first minute i think about this.. If you cannot sell this your marketing method is not good, or you just copy this from the OP 1:1 like everyone always does.. Use your imagination and up your game.. There are lots of forums outside of Facebook that i can see this method can do much better. This is an easy and free (almost) method and it works. You either target wrong people (the young ones) who doesn't give a shit who they meet, or you target wrong group of people.. Im not sure if dating is the best group of people so i wouldnt target them at all, but the fact is.. there are a lot of people who are looking this kind of service, you just need to take this to them.

I have not done this, but i have dealt with background checks and credit reports before so i know there is demand in this.

Yeah so have, quiet a bit and although there is a demand for the service I find those that would use this service are by nature kinda skeptical and Leary and with all the stuff going on with social media and on the news With Facebook in particular, I think it just ads to that paranoia that already exist, that seems to allude everyone lol, so I would be kinda surprised if this were to be really effective AT THIS PRESENT TIME with that particular site and why I probably would chose a more dedicated community similar to my services to NETWORK on like security and/or security advice related forums and a few other places I wont go into detail about for obvious reasons. I've always thought and went with the mindframe that people who are serious about their security are more likely to explore options on more serious venues than facebook..even if I had to create that Venue Myself;)... That said though, I have gotten a few leads from facebook with security related verticals. But not near the amount I've gotten from more professional communities.

But as it pertains to this particular case It's all just conjecture at this point ..Our untested views on it I mean.

Credit reports are a different animal all together.
CREDIT PROTECTION is more in line with background checks when it comes to like minded potential customers. But of course this is merely My opinion here, there really is not a right or wrong way per se..More like, An Effective and Less Effective way of implementing things lol

I mostly meant why would anyone share a method they know works for free if they felt like they could profit from it. I’ve already admitted to wanting to make some coin from it, so yes, greed lol. You stated all of this very throughly and I don’t think I could have worded it better myself. But rules are rules. I’m still very happy to help anyone even without profiting from it although I think most would want to profit from their knowledge if they could.

I posted this on Thursday. I waited a week of interacting with people in the group. If I had to venture a guess, I’m guessing you fired up a bot and went to town. It’s important for two reasons to wait and interact for a week. For one, the admins will be less likely to boot you for spamming. Secondly, you can see what people want. I don’t know what groups you were apart of but it seems like the spamming/group you joined were part of the problem of not getting good results. Other mods in this forum have posted on this thread that they have had success doing something similar. My own results plus those who have more credentials show that it’s a workable method.

This post has had around 2,500 views the last I checked. That’s a lot of people who potentially will try this out. A good portion will try the method exactly how I did or worse, get impatient and do exactly what I said not to do and claim bad results and say it doesn’t work. Every method shared should be spun if possible.

Yeah because I personally don't care if the person i buy from has a criminal record or not. Lol i just want what he's selling. It's a totally different ballgame with dating though. I want to know as mush as possible about that person before i even think about meeting them. Somebody's going to implement this and end up making a lot of money. I haven't even signed up for a BGC service yet and I already have 12 Leads today. If you get in front of the right people, this method will fill up your Paypal account for sure. You'll also need to build trust and make things look as professional as possible. Create a website that you end people too. Even though i did get leads, People are really really skeptical, So this is definitely gonna take some real work to achieve. Once every thing is in place you're golden.

Or something like a shopifypage (10-20$/m) or wordpress?
