We'll put it a different way.
We don't write tier-1 articles or tier-2 articles. We write articles. Once you've paid for them and we deliver them, they're yours. You can do what you want with them. You can put them on tier-1 sites, you can put them on tier-2 sites, or you can throw them in the garbage.
