My name is Uros.. Although I'm newbie, I found out about BHW and WF a long time ago (I think it was '12-'13..)

Can you actually tell me how to start.. I started 2-3 times, ended up in minus, so I had to stop..

Not the method, but the mindset.. Tell me your first successful experience with IM..
What are your advices??

I'm working with my Dad, we are upholsterers, but the industry is destroyed by bad competition and lack of money (people don't repair bad, cause they don't have money for bread).. But, production of expencive furniture is good business, unfortunately, I don't have money for machines.. IM is good for beginning, I wanna finance startup for furniture business, than that business will finance another ets..

You think you know everything?? Dude, read replies, you can always find something new to implement in your business.. If you thing you are the smartest, you have a problem.. You either help or move on, it's simple.. If you think this thread is trash and stupid, report me, but don't write here like that, man.. People may wanna help someone.. C'mon, why so negative.. I will try that.. I wake up late (I work with my Dad, so that's not a problem, wake up late, but stay up late to finish something in a workshop), hate that.. For 2-3 months, I woke up really early, damn, just by felling morning sun, it makes difference.. If only I would have balls to start journey..

That's so true here.. Unfoortunately, I'm from Serbia.. Food is mainly imported, clothes are chinese and turkish (you can't compete with them, labour is too cheap)
Serbia has a lot of rich people and a lot of poor people, mid class is gone.. That's why I wanna target the rich market, because they don't buy turkish and chinese stuff..

So, to your question, what do I do to make money? Well, as @INCC said, there's tons of ways to make money. Some of them you (me) will never touch because they're not a match for your character. Others, you will find interesting and worth a chance. Look around, see what people are doing, find what you want to imitate.

So, to your question, what do I do to make money? Well, as @INCC said, there's tons of ways to make money. Some of them you (me) will never touch because they're not a match for your character. Others, you will find interesting and worth a chance. Look around, see what people are doing, find what you want to imitate.

I said that because we were talking about offline business.. I know I can do online, IM is my pick, but I'm stuck for couple of days withs starting CPA + IG.. I can't create accounts, don't know the procedure.. I'm trying to find it, but no luck.. Can you help me with that?? I need help with one, after that I'll figure it out, see what's wrong and correct that..

Though it's possible to run both an online and a physical store, except retail space comes with extra costs.

Dropship stuff via Ebay to people in Tier 1 countries. You could make 1 sale a day and make much more than $1.

As for the mindset, I find waking up at a normal time (7-8am) no drink/drugs - legal or illegal. And just working towards a well planned goal.

If you aimlessly try and complete a journey you waste time and money. Plan it out properly then execute

Physical store is not good.. High risk, small margines.. When you do offline, do production/manufacturing.. If you have a lot of money, open CNC workshop (Check out work hour for machining, multiply with 5 machines (to begin with).. Big expences, but you don't work much, if you're not greedy, you'll employ enough workers and you'll pay them to protect company (by delivering high quality)..
Also, invest in agricultural fields (with underground water).. Find how much you earn from acre of hazel nut or walnut..

I agree with most of the users here. Do what you love, and you know - the money will follow. But, as you mentioned, Serbia is quite an unstable market in terms of success and money. There is a lot of (bad) competition there, and it will be hard to break through with IM. Luckily, most Serbs are still relying on Facebook and Instagram for finding goods. You mentioned that you and your father work as upholsterers? There is a bit of potential there, but you would have to market it well. And that requires a lot of money.

But, don't give up. Success will probably come if you put an effort into it. Oh, and if you need to wake early, just find a really cool clock app that makes you do math just to turn it off. It worked for me!
