Just like the ying-yang if you want more of one thing you have to compromise on another. Maybe you need to save a little longer? Or set yourself up on a web 2.0 like wordpress - then once you can afford a domain you can connect one to it.

So, if I understand correct atm you have 6US$ in your PP account and Namecheap asks 10.98 for a .com, basically leaving you 4.98 short?

I think it only works for the first purchase on new accounts and also only works with credit card
