Increase Rankings with Backlinks Service

Hi guys.

I am interested in boosting my domain authority, by getting backlinks, hence improve my local rankings(island in greece-escape rooms). Obviously checked the services in blackhat seo, but not quite sure yet and want more specific info.

My request is simple. My local rankings are ok-3.8 according to webmaster for specific needed keywords, in less than a year. The competition does nothing about seo. I have applied on page seo, off page, technical, everything i have learned in my private time.

What would you suggest to do next? 50-60 backlinks of high D.A. by a third party from here, would this enhance me and make a gap against my competitors? Do you have something in mind for a local business, with few important keyords that matter, and with small budget 80-120 euros for this strategy.
