I tryed to create a new account. New pc, ip variable, New credit card but new ban... there is another way?

What is the reason of suspension? Check your mail, and explain then ask for advise.
Old account can't help you.

new vps-rdp most import (your vps may be used by some other person)
new custom email
new unique domains
new hosting.. most important
new way to use browsing (full details can't be shared search about it)
new way to do some tweaks on your vps, (I do tweaks with my vps, it seems they never banned this type of computer before)
SO ULTIMATELY BE UNIQUE!

i entered a new credid card but rebanned. i tried a new account with a fake name and fake address. rebanned because the google has understand are fake.

many things to notice before creating an adword acc.

you have reason. i think the best way is to change the company name, address, computer and credit card. all new. but now adwords has a lot of rule. too role. it's possible to do affiliate with adwords?

I am doing. I have invoice acc, as well as created 10 adword acc, per week I do create 10 adword only, and only 7-8 goes live rest suspended for payment issues and some circumventing.

You realise that to have an invoicing account, you needed to have been with Adwords for 12 months+ and spent over $22,000 in the previous 3 months? Also, Google does credit checks etc. on your business to verify it's an actual business.

I wanted to show you. but bhw says its too large image, just snapped via phone so its 5-6mb image..
