Best cloud app to manage multiple accounts

Can anyone suggest the best tool to simply post scheduled tweets to multiple twitter accounts from one control panel? Need to automate posts to some corporate accounts

I’m sure I heard that twitter have new rules preventing this - preventing same tweet going to multiple accounts.

Thanks for letting me know, I have done that a couple times so will remember not to do it again!

Do you have any recommendations on twitter post schedulers? 99% of the tweets are not duplicates

If it is only twitter, buffer is the best tool. It will even suggest images for tweets if you sharing the URL. Visibility of tweets with images are higher compared to normal text tweets.
