The Authority of the Domains was high and I am satisfied with the service. ​

The Profiles were made on EDU sites. Each site had a different username, Name, Profile Picture, and each profile contained a short bio (unique for each profile). The service is good for diversity as you can see from other reviews. Communication was good too. The Authority of the Domains was high and I am satisfied with the service.

For the price point, it is good enough for your Tier 1.

Received review copy of 5 EDU links. They were as promised, placed in Edu domains mostly in profile / user page.

If you're looking to get edu & gov links then this is a good service to get them, I would however recommend the seller to maybe add some filler content in each profile just to make sure they index as lack of content may make it harder to index, however, these are edu websites with high authority so even indexing them shouldn't be much of an issue.
